Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of STUDIO ONE NETWORKS, the website on which you are reading them. By accessing the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, the remedy is straightforward, which is not to use the site. We have tried to write these terms so that a normal person can read them in a few minutes and know where they stand, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Who may use the site
The site is available to anyone able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to them. It is a general news publication intended for a general audience. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the site complies with the laws of the place you access it from.
Our content
Everything original on this site, including articles, headlines, images we created, and the design and arrangement of the site itself, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to STUDIO ONE NETWORKS or is used under license. You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link, in the way news has always been discussed and cited. You may not republish entire articles, scrape the site at scale, use our content to train commercial systems without permission, or present our work as your own. If you want to license content beyond ordinary quotation, ask first at support@studioonenetworks.com.
Third-party material that appears on the site, such as agency photographs or embedded content, belongs to its respective owners and is used under their terms. Our handling of copyright complaints is described in the DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to breach its security, probing or overloading its infrastructure, scraping content in bulk, circumventing technical restrictions, injecting malicious code, impersonating the site or its staff, or using the site in connection with any unlawful activity. We may block, throttle or ban traffic that behaves abusively, at our discretion and without notice, because keeping the site fast and available for readers takes precedence over access for bots.
Reader submissions
If you send us material, such as a news tip, a photograph or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to send it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our journalism, including editing it for length and clarity. We will exercise judgment about attribution and, where a submission is sensitive, about protecting its source, as described in our Editorial Standards. Do not send us material you do not have the right to share.
Accuracy and the nature of news
We work hard to be accurate, and our Fact-Checking Policy and Corrections Policy describe exactly how. But news reports on a moving world. Stories reflect the best information available at the time of writing and may be updated or corrected as facts develop. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice of any kind; this is spelled out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Stories link to sources, and pages carry advertising served by third-party networks. Links are provided because journalism should show its sources, not as endorsements. Once you leave this site, the site you land on is governed by its own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for its content, accuracy or conduct. The same applies to advertisers: a product appearing in an ad on this site is not a recommendation by our editorial team.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, that content will always be current, or that the site is free of components that could harm your equipment, although we take reasonable measures on all three fronts.
Limitation of liability

Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the site, and neither side may rely on anything outside them.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also revise these terms; when we do, the updated version is posted on this page and applies from the moment of posting. Material changes will be flagged in a visible way rather than slipped in silently. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site’s operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless the law that protects you as a consumer provides otherwise. We would rather resolve any dispute by conversation than by litigation, and an email to support@studioonenetworks.com is the required first step; most problems that reach us get fixed there.
