One address, read by people
Every message to STUDIO ONE NETWORKS goes to a single inbox: support@studioonenetworks.com. There is no contact form that routes into a void and no phone tree. The inbox is checked by the editorial team, and messages are handled in order of how much they matter, which means factual corrections come first.
Reporting an error
If you believe something we published is wrong, tell us. Put Correction in the subject line, include a link to the article, quote the sentence you dispute and, if you can, point us to a source that shows the correct information. Correction reports are our top priority and are typically reviewed the same day. What happens after we confirm an error is described in our Corrections Policy.
News tips
We welcome tips across all our coverage areas: world news, business, entertainment, science, sports, technology, lifestyle, travel, auto and gaming. Send what you know, how you know it, and any documents or links that support it. We verify tips before publishing anything; a tip is the start of our process, never the end of it. If your tip is sensitive, say so in your message and do not include anything you are not comfortable sending by email.
A useful tip answers three questions: what happened, how do you know, and can any of it be checked independently. You do not need to write it like a news story; that is our job. Anonymity requests are respected, and a source who asks not to be named will not be named, but we do need enough detail to verify the substance, because we publish what we can confirm, not what we were told.
General feedback
Comments on coverage, suggestions for topics, notes about something on the site that is broken or hard to read: all of it is welcome at the same address. Feedback about our editorial choices is read against the standards we publish in our Editorial Standards, and more than one section of that document exists because a reader pushed us on something. We cannot reply individually to everything, but everything is read.
Press releases, pitches and advertising
Press releases are read but rarely published as received; if your announcement is newsworthy we will cover it in our own words, on our own judgment. Guest post offers, link exchanges and paid placement requests for the editorial section are declined as a matter of policy. Advertising is genuinely welcome and runs clearly labeled; see Advertise With Us for formats and how to start the conversation.
Privacy, legal and reply times
Requests about your personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy, and copyright complaints under our DMCA & Copyright Policy; both start with an email to the same address with a clear subject line. We aim to acknowledge most messages within two business days. Corrections and legal notices are handled fastest; general feedback may take longer, but it is read.
