Even more impressive are the settlement figures. While the average claim settlement takes 15 days, Digit reported its fastest motor claim settlement was completed in a remarkable 18 minutes. Some workshop approvals were even processed in as little as seven minutes, demonstrating a highly efficient system designed to get drivers back on the road quickly.
