DAVID GRIFFIN JOINS STUDIO ONE NETWORKS AS VP OF SALES

NEW YORK -- Feb. 22, 2010 -- David Griffin has joined Studio One Networks as vice president, Sales, as announced by Andrew Susman, president and CEO of the company. Griffin was most recently vice president, Partnership Group at Time Warner Global Media Group.

At Time Warner, Griffin worked closely with such world leading marketers as Unilever, Mercedes-Benz, Johnson & Johnson and American Express, creating content opportunities among the company's assets, including HBO, Turner Broadcasting, Warner Brothers, Time Warner and AOL.
